Second pharma hub opened by Aviapartner at Brussels Airport

Aviapartner Cargo has opened a new Pharma Hub at Brussels Airport, which it says will support the growth of its customer volumes and long-term commitment to operating in Brussels.

Pharma Hub 2 represents Aviapartner’s second investment in pharmaceutical specific facilities in Belgium this year.

The grand opening on 21 September was attended by shippers, airlines, GSA’s, freight forwarders and government dignitaries.

The second hub increases Aviapartners total handling capacity to 3,400 square metres of dedicated pharma space.

Pharma Hubs 1 and 2 combined will handle 15,000,000 kilograms of pharma products annually.
