Jan de Rijk Logistics picks up De Rooy Logistics

Jan de Rijk Logistics has acquired De Rooy Logistics – a company in the Netherlands specialising in transport, distribution and value added logistics for the spare parts and automotive industry.

No financial details of the deal have been revealed by the freight road feeder service provider.

Jan de Rijk Logistics explains: “De Rooy Logistics is a strategic fit, which allows Jan de Rijk Logistics to further expand its current services for the automotive industry.”

Jan de Rijk Logistics, based in the Netherlands, now has fleet of around 700 vehicles across Europe and has 28 offices in 13 countries and employs 1,200 staff in Europe.
