Fluent Cargo launches new comprehensive tracking service

Fluent Cargo, a leading logistics technology provider, today announced the widespread availability of its new multimodal tracking service, designed to address the longstanding issue of fragmented visibility in global supply chains.

This innovative solution offers users a unified tracking platform that works across various carriers, modes of transport, and regions, without the substantial overheads typically associated with such systems.

The new Software as a Service (SaaS) offering comes at a critical time when global supply chains face unprecedented challenges, including recent disruptions in key shipping routes like the Suez Canal and the Red Sea. These events have emphasised the urgent need for improved supply chain visibility and risk mitigation strategies.

“Our goal was to create a solution that democratises access to high-quality tracking data. We’ve seen how lack of unified tracking can lead to inefficiencies and increased costs. Our new service aims to change that, making robust tracking accessible to businesses of all sizes,” said Archival Garcia, CEO of Fluent Cargo.

“In today’s complex global trade environment, having clear visibility of shipments from origin to destination is crucial. Solutions like this can help companies be more proactive in managing disruptions and optimising their logistics operations.”

The tracking ability is now operating for all Fluent Cargo users on a subscription basis, with options ranging from entry level plans for small businesses to more comprehensive packages for larger operations. Users can track shipments by simply entering standard shipping identifiers such as Master Bill of Lading or Air Waybill numbers.

Fluent Cargo’s new tracking service is available immediately to existing platform users and new customers. The company plans to continually enhance the service based on user feedback and evolving industry needs.
