Aviator Airport Services Finland Oy announce partnership with Pegasus

Aviator Airport Alliance, a full-range provider of aviation services at 15 airports across the Nordics, announced it has signed a new agreement with Pegasus Airlines to provide a full range of services for operations at Helsinki-Vantaan Airport (HEL). Beginning in September, the multi-year contract will add to the airline and ground handler’s growing cooperation.

“We are pleased to enter into this new cooperation with Pegasus,” – said Kimmo Holopainen, Managing Director of Aviator Finland.

“This partnership aligns with our strategic goals and will enable us to explore new opportunities for growth and building strong customer relationships. We look forward to working closely with the Pegasus team and to begin this journey together”.

The new contract at HEL adds to agreements the airline and ground service provider have in place for Copenhagen Kastrup (CPH) and Göteborg Landvetter (GOT) airports. For its part, Pegasus operates daily flights from Helsinki to Istanbul (SAW) and twice-weekly flights to Antalya (AYT) during the current season.

Pegasus utilizes a fleet of 110 aircraft in its service, including both Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737 aircraft. The airline serves a total network of 139 destinations in 53 countries.

Aviator Airport Alliance is part of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance) provider, operating a fleet of 214 passenger and cargo aircraft worldwide. The group also provides various aviation services such as MRO, pilots and crew training, ground handling, and other interconnected solutions.
