Air Logistics Group had three notable reasons to celebrate various milestones last month. September was marked by an event, an award and a significant anniversary across its European and Indian network.
Established in 1994, this year sees it mark 30 years in business. The GSSA has almost 90 offices in 45 countries and “continues to strive to be the leading cargo General Sales & Service Agent,” says the UK-based company.
With over $500 million of cargo sales and close to half a million AWBs processed by some 400 staff, the company suggests it is one of the most recognised, respected and professional GSSA companies.
Brussels sprouts a successful Pharma Day
In September, Air Logistics Belgium hosted a ‘Pharma Day’ event with LATAM Cargo in Brussels, with over 50 attendees from the freight forwarding community.
The event was a “great success” with talks from key players in the Pharma supply chain including LATAM, Brussels Airport, Air Logistics and Aviapartner followed by an airside tour.
During the event, LATAM also announced that services will increase from four to 12 weekly B767 freighters from BRU to South America, trebling their capacity and making Brussels their main European transport hub.
