Baltic Ground Services renews contract with Ryanair

Baltic Ground Services (BGS) has extended their partnership with the leading low-cost airline Ryanair.

Under the renewed partnership agreement, BGS will provide Ryanair with into-plane fuelling at Riga International Airport, Latvia. The companies will be working together for at least one more year.

This new agreement is a continuation of a successful long-term partnership between the businesses. BGS has been working with Ryanair since 2016.

Ryanair is an ultra low-cost carrier, with its head office in Dublin, Ireland. Established in 1984, Ryanair is currently Europe’s biggest airline and the largest in the world outside the US.

“We are delighted to continue working with such an industry giant as Ryanair. As we have been working together for 6 years already, this renewal is proof that the quality of our services and the professionalism of our teams are in line with the high demands of one of the largest airlines in the world,” Vitalis Dudys, BGS Group Head of Commerce, said. 

“Quality and safety of services is the highest priority for Ryanair thus working with BGS for into-plane fuelling allows us to rest assured that every procedure will be followed to a tee. We are absolutely pleased with this strong partnership and services provided,” Thomas Fowler, Ryanair’s Director of Sustainability and Finance, added.
