Cool Chain Association appoints de Walle to key role

The Cool Chain Association (CCA) has appointed Renate de Walle as its new treasurer and director of the board.

The director of pharmaceutical logistics at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo replaces Malik Zeniti from the Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg, who steps down after three years of service, but will remain a member of the CCA.

De Walle has worked for 18 years at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, of which three years was in the cargo division and she is now responsible for the Pharma Business Unit.

In the last years the CCA has developed itself into a “recognised global brand”, explains Sebastiaan Scholte (above), chairman of the CCA.

He adds the CCA has proven to be a “platform for change in the industry” and believes the addition of de Walle will “further strengthen our board and we will be able to continue delivering more value to our members and the community”.
